Dr. Kiran Desai has 27+ years of Industrial experience in research and development. He has obtained his Doctorate degree in natural products isolation from VIT, Vellore, Chennai, India. Prior to formation of Ultra Pure analytics, he was associated with R&D centres of big pharma giants like Hoechst, MERIND Limited, RPG Life sciences, Janssen Cilag, Glenmark, Piramal. During his career, he has worked on many Analytical instruments and developed HPLC methods for thousands of compounds and purified them to support the R&D, Synthesis, Process development and Formulation departments. At Hoechst, he was a part of natural products research where he gained the knowledge of Plant extraction, Isolation, Purification and Structure elucidation.

Mr. Janardhan Dhopte comes with a rich experience in HPLC servicing . He was all India Technical Head for Waters India Limited. In the year 1999, he started his own HPLC servicing company, Swastik Chromatography services. He has 30+ years of experience in HPLC servicing and he is considered as one of the best in class when it comes to HPLC issues.

Mr. Ajay Kunder holds a PGCPM Degree from IIM Indore and B.E. (Instrumentation) from Mumbai University. Ajay looks after the operations part of the company including finance. He is also involved in identifying new business opportunities and alliances for the company. He is the founder of Hemochrom which manufactures HPLC columns . Prior to this, He has worked with the family owned company Kunder chemicals as VP Operations looking after production, procurement, etc. He also has been part of a founding team of a software start-up that was incubated at IIT, Bombay.
